TERMS OF SALE
Please note that by using the Site and/or placing an order for products from us, you agree to all the terms and conditions set out. In order to contract with Black and Sigi, you must hold a valid debit/credit card, issued by a bank accepted by us.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This is only an acknowledgement, and will not be an acceptance of your order until funds have cleared.
Our aim is to produce and present the most accurate and up to date images of every product, however as each item is lovingly made to order and handmade, each item is rarely exactly the same and may vary slightly from the product pictures.
Colours of the product may vary depending on the computer screen which you are using, so we can not guarantee that the display of color will be accurate and may vary slightly.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
If for some reason the product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible by email and, if applicable, give you an estimated date of when the product is due to be back in stock. Alternatively, you will be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund from us (if your card/PayPal account has already been charged).
We reserve the right to amend any errors or to update product information, without any prior notice. If the price is incorrect due to a typography error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any sales that have been confirmed. A full refund will be made.
We may offer promotional codes from time to time. Only one promotional code can be used per order, and can not be used in conjunction with another promotion. Promotional code can not be redeemed once order has been confirmed.
Delivery costs are subject to the prices, and will be clearly stated in product information and at checkout.
We aim to dispatch items within 2 weeks. However if there is any delay we will send an email as soon as possible with updated information.
If for any reason you must cancel the order please email us at email@example.com, and we will let you know status of the order. This is not a confirmation that the order will be stopped or cancelled. However, you will be advised either way. If item has already been dispatched, we will accept returns we will not be able to refund for shipping costs. We suggest that you use a tracking postal service to ensure that the item is safely return. Loss of item is customers liability.
If you are a customer purchasing from outside the UK, please check your countries custom fees and taxes as this has not been calculated into Black and Sig’s prices.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Black and Sigi deal with each case individually, so if you are not perfectly happy with your item we are here to help, and will offer a full refund or exchange. Please read our terms fully to ensure a speedy return.
Consumers have a 14 day period in which to return items and receive a full refund. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for your return in order that we can provide the best service to you and ensure that all product are to the highest standard. Items received outside this window will be subject to Black and Sigi discretion.
Item should be returned unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.
