Can we place an order via email of phone?
Yes of course, please email us [email protected], or call us and we will be happy to process your order.
Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We also accept payments through paypal.
What if my payment isn’t accepted?
Please check firstly to see if there are any issues with your bank. If problem concerns our system, please contact us and we will rectify issue as soon as possible.
Do you accept bank transfers?
Please contact us directly and we will send through our bank details.
How do I know you have received my order?
A confirmation order email will be sent to you as soon as order has been placed. This is not a confirmation of order. Once funds have been cleared your order has been confirmed and you will receive a further email with confirmation of delivery and details.
My order is a gift to someone, and I would like to send directly gift wrapped, is this possible?
We offer gift wrapping service and include a personal message in a card for £4. If you have any further questions about this please contact us.
How do I redeem my Gift Voucher?
At the checkout point there will be a section where you can redeem your voucher by putting the code in the box provided.
I'm not exactly sure what size I am?
For bangles we have 3 different sizes. You measure this by tucking your thumb into your palm, touching your 4th finger ( ring finger). Then you measure using a soft tape measure or strip of paper around the knuckles. You then choose the measurement closest to your size, we find that rounding down works.
For rings, we ask to measure the largest part of the finger where you would like to wear the ring on. Use a soft tape measure or strip of paper.

How long will my order take to make and be delivered?
We give a lead time of 2 weeks, however we will endeavour to send out at the earliest possible time.
How can I track my shipment?
Every purchase is sent signed for, and will require a signature. You can track the package by going on line on the Royal Mail tracking service.
How will I know my order has been dispatched?
We will send out an email once your item has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we can, postage for international shipments we charge a signed for service of £9. Orders over £50 are free postage.
Can I have a refund on an order?
You must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days to request a refund. Please advise what the problem is and we will organise order for you.
